Negative: the only thing I can fault, and it a very British specific request, but we prefer use of a kettle or coffee machine to make a drink by ourselves in our room, rather than having to order one at the bar.

Positive: Excellent breakfast choices and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean. Plenty of parking. Evening meal great but unfortunately only open one night of our five night stay.

Negative: I do not want to exchange my daily room clean for a free drink! I’ve paid full price to have room service every day. On our last night only the bed made - no clean towels provided.
